A Chartered Accountant (SA) and Registered Auditor, Karlien is responsible for the firm's System of Quality Management and serves on the PKF South Africa Risk and Compliance Committee.

With more than thirteen years of experience in the audit industry, she advises clients across a wide range of sectors, from financial services and manufacturing to property investment, wholesale, and non-profits, just to name a few. She enjoys helping businesses stay compliant, strengthen controls, and make sense of their numbers. She is passionate about quality, people, and continuous learning.

Alongside her client responsibilities, she enjoys mentoring and developing junior staff, supporting the next generation of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors.
