A CA(SA) and Registered Auditor, Michelle also serves - alongside her client work - as the firm's HR Partner. She is Chair of the SAICA APTEC Committee, serves on the SAICA Eastern Regional Council Committee by invitation, and sits on the firm's Marketing Committee.

She describes herself as having a well-rounded knowledge across the many industries she's worked in.
