Theolin joined PKF Durban as a trainee and progressed through the firm to Partner, with a secondment to PKF St Lucia in the Caribbean along the way.

A CA(SA) and Registered Auditor, he leads the firm's Learning and Development function and contributes to a number of strategic initiatives, including the advancement of technology in audit. He is passionate about mentorship and creating opportunities for others to grow.

His client base spans farming, manufacturing, property, retail, automotive and construction.

He's known for a genuine enthusiasm for developing the skills of the people he works with.
