Audit and assurance are Willie's primary areas of expertise, with a strong focus on high-quality assurance services and strategic business insights.

As a CA(SA) and Registered Auditor, he completed his BCom and BCom Honours in Chartered Accountancy at North-West University before completing his articles at PKF George and qualifying in 2023.

In 2024, Willie founded Perspective Financial Services and served as Managing Director, growing the firm and delivering accounting, advisory and tax services to a diverse client base.

In July 2026, Perspective Financial Services merged with PKF George, combining Willie's entrepreneurial experience with the broader resources and specialist expertise of a larger professional services firm.
