With 28 years of tax experience, including nine years at SARS, Werner brings an insider’s understanding of the tax environment to his role leading PKF Port Elizabeth’s Tax Department. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cost and Management Accounting and a Certificate in Economics and Taxation.

As Head of the Tax Department, Werner has particular expertise in Employment Tax Incentives, income tax learnership allowances and tax audits, and regularly contributes to the Eastern Cape Business Chamber.

His client base is concentrated in agriculture, construction, manufacturing and retail, sectors where clients value his confidence navigating SARS requirements.
