Professional Experience

Professional Qualifications: Professional Certificate in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing, BCom Law, Postgraduate Certificate in Taxation, Registered SAIT member, SAIT Eastern Cape Representative, Certificate in VAT, in the process of completing LLB degree.

Relevant Experience: Delecia joined SARS as a tax trainee in 2010. After completing the 2-year programme, she moved to a large to SARS Large Business Trust focus on auditing. She then joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in the Tax Incentives department before being promoted to Manager. Delecia joined PKF Port Elizabeth in 2022 and holds the position of Tax Director.

Her areas of expertise include tax research, overseeing compliance, complex SARS audits, SARS dispute resolution, tax consulting, estates & trusts, and tax migration matters. She also assists in building capacity and skilled resources in the field of tax for the firm.

As someone who thinks beyond the obvious, Delecia begins every project with methodical fact finding and gaining a thorough understanding of the matter. In line with her commitment to continuous learning and upskilling, she has registered to complete her LLB degree.
